Position: Airporter Shuttle Driver

Bellair Charters/Airporter Shuttle is a fast-paced, growing company seeking career-minded individuals to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing safe, reliable, and friendly transportation to our valued customers between Burlington and Anacortes ferry terminal.

- Training & Pay:
- Training Period: 2 weeks of hands-on training to operate mini-buses and motor coaches, customized to each employee’s needs.
- Training Pay: $20/hour during the training period.
- Post-Training Pay: After training, drivers earn $22/hour
- Performance Bonuses:
- Driver safety bonuses available quarterly at $0.50 per hour worked.
- Full Benefits:
- Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 90 days of continuous full-time service.
- Paid Time Off to recharge and relax.
- Schedule:
- We operate 7 days a week; you may be asked to work holidays, late evenings, mornings, and weekends.
- We encourage applicants to have both a DOT medical card and a CDL, but if you don’t, we still welcome you to apply
- Current DOT Physical
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Professional, clean, and neat appearance
- Must be 25 years or older
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required to our Burlington, WA location
- Drive a fixed schedule between Burlington and the Anacortes ferry terminal, making scheduled stops along the way.
- Assist passengers by loading and unloading luggage (requires bending and kneeling).
- Provide excellent customer service in a high-paced environment.
- Comply with DOT requirements, maintain run logs, and use electronic trip sheets.
