Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Plumber role based in Houston, TX. The Plumber will be responsible for meeting with clients and establishing trust for us to do plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential properties. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and providing exceptional customer service during every service call. The role also involves maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and actively contributing to the overall customer experience by ensuring satisfaction with high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Plumbing Sales of installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems
• Proficiency in knowledge of Pipe installation and repair, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on communication, professionalism, and client satisfaction
• Knowledge of safety practices and local building codes
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in plumbing are preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
