Laffa & Co., a new Mediterranean kosher restaurant in North Miami Beach, is looking for a reliable and responsible Mashgiach (Kosher Supervisor) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain kosher standards in accordance with certification requirements
- Monitor food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with all kosher policies and procedures
- Work closely with kitchen staff and management
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mashgiach preferred
- Knowledge of kosher food preparation and supervision
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work well with a team
- Authorization to work in the United States
