Purpose
To produce and ensure completion of all the bills supporting documents on food and beverage sales at the assign outlets
Tasks
- Prepare bills on the all the kitchen and beverage order tickets issued by the service staff.
- Post charges to guests folios by POS machines.
- Ensure that the signatures required by the guests are obtained.
- Collect cash on all cash sales.
- Complete bill entry sheets and other document s as necessary.
- Answer the outlet telephone in the prescribe manner and provide assistance to caller.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all the time.
Qualifications
- Passion for people and hospitality
- Knowledge of Property Management System and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to make decisions independently and confidently
- Strong attention to detail
