Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of water, sewer, and gas utilities
- Maintenance and repair of streets, alleys, and ditches
- Locate underground utilities through JULIE system
- General Maintenance on equipment
- Read Meters
- Must be able to work in ALL weather conditions
- Must be able to work well with the public
- Must be prepared to work overtime
- Willing to rotate on call, after scheduled
Requirements
- Must live in a 30-minute response time of Stonington
- Natural Gas Operator Certification (IF NOT CERTIFIED, you will be required to become Certified within a 1-yea period
- CDL or will need to obtain one
- Heavy equipment knowledge and experience
- Must be able to read and follow maps
- High school diploma or equivalent
- If hired, applicant will be required to take a drug test

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
