The Village of Monroeville is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Zoning Inspector. The Zoning Inspector administers and enforces the Monroeville Zoning Ordinance. The successful candidate must meet the requirements of the job description and general day-to-day responsibilities of a local government Village Administration office. Hours are as needed to perform job duties, with the requirement that the Inspector attend all meetings of the Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals. Candidate must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test, a credit check and a background check. Annual salary is $3,261.00, payable monthly.
