What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Village of Monroe?
The Village of Monroe is seeking a dependable and skilled Part-Time Painter to assist with painting and maintenance projects throughout Village facilities and properties.
Duties include:
- Preparing surfaces and applying interior and exterior paint
- Performing touch-ups and general painting maintenance
- Protecting floors, furniture, fixtures, and surrounding areas
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Assisting with other maintenance duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic painting tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule: Flexible - Monday thru Friday between hours of 8am and 4pm
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
