Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to perform water and sewer locate requests through the NM811 portal.
- Utilize various maps and utility locating equipment to accurately identify water and sewer utilities.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of water and sewer infrastructure.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Participate in routine maintenance and repairs of sewer systems.
- Assist in emergency response activities as needed.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment and tools.
- Support the Sewer Supervisor in various tasks related to sewer maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- NM Water Certification Level II.
- NM Class D Driver's License.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in using utility locating equipment.
- Knowledge of water and sewer systems.
