What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Massage Therapist, Contract Position position at Village massage Co?
We are a multi therapist/multi room practice. We attract massage therapists with a passion for their craft!
This position is for you if you show up consistently and work reliably with minimal oversight. When partnered with us, you will receive support in our casual, laid-back environment. Our small town is growing, and we are excited to grow with it! Our current need is for weekday afternoon and evening hours.
Village Massage Co was created to serve YOU. the practitioner, with a space to feel supported as you grow. Our space is ideal for new and seasoned therapists to grow their passion while earning a fair wage for your skill.
We provide high level, deep tissue therapeutic massage. Our sessions solve pain problems for our clients, and they leave feeling understood completely and treated effectively. (*Boring* full body massages are NOT the norm here; we ask questions and prioritize pain complaints.)
Join us as an Independent Contractor, and grow your skillset in a supportive environment. The Village provides space ready-made for success: structure, admin support, and supplies, (including electric tables!)
The best candidate will bring with them expertise in pain management and deep tissue massage. Customer service, teamwork, and problem solving skills are a must.
Included in the contract: fully stocked massage rooms, waiting area, bathroom and checkout counter, table, linens, laundry, booking system, overflow clientele, music, etc.
1 year experience preferred, but not required. We pride ourselves in offering top-notch therapeutic massage therapy services and we can help you to do the same.
We would love to host your talent, either part-time or full-time! Reach out to see if we're a good fit.
