JOB TITLE: Lead Housekeepers
DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping MSL
REPORTS TO: Housekeeping Manager
WORK DAYS/HOURS: 8:00am to 4:30pm
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Team leads are responsible for supervising a team of three people. Making sure your team is supported and getting supplies that are needed. Responsible for cleanliness and overall appearance of the rooms and common areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cleaning of condo units, including: Dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen.
Perform quality cleaning to meet expectations of guests and meet required time limits;
Comply with safety as stated in the Employee Handbook;
Pick up ground litter around assigned route or wherever visible.
PERFORMANCE SKILLS:
Must be able to do the following repetitive duties:
*be able to bend down from the waist
*twist upper body from side to side
*Reach arms above your head
*lift and/or carry at least 35 lbs.
*work from a stooping or kneeling position
*must be able to work with cleaning chemicals
Must be able to work with a routine and stick to it;
Must be able to work on a team to clean units.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to speak and understand enough English in order to communicate and assist owners and guests.

Pre-Employment Requirements: Reference check, criminal background check.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Housekeeping and customer service experience preferred.
