The Albany is looking for an energetic and friendly Grand Scoop Station Conductor to lead and manage our seasonal Ice Cream Shop, Choo Choo Moo! We proudly serve Wyoming Raised Ice Cream and donate 100% of the proceeds to local community causes. We are looking for a dynamic leader who wants to share their friendly, welcoming, ice cream fueled joy with our team and guests!

If you are outgoing and want to enjoy a summer making other people happy and creating a delightful and magical downtown Cheyenne experience we'd love to meet you!

Job Duties:
  1. Scooping Ice Cream and leading the team
  2. Training, developing, and scheduling the Choo Choo Moo Crew
  3. Delighting Customers
  4. Keeping Moo Clean and conducting food safety checks
  5. Stocking Ice Cream
  6. Working with current restaurant management with inventory and cash management and reconciliation
  7. Work with the General Manager and team to establish pars for and order ice cream flavors and supplies
  8. Having Fun and promoting fun - setting the tone in Choo Choo Moo for our crew and our guests to have a great summer!
