Duties
- Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members in food preparation, customer service, POS system usage (including Aloha and Micros), and food handling procedures.
- Oversee food production processes, including cooking, food safety management, inventory control, and food quality assurance.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately and reconcile daily sales using POS systems.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example in supervising staff training, performance coaching, and shift management.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory control practices, food industry regulations, and hospitality management principles.
- Effective communication skills for managerial conversations, customer interactions, and team leadership.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and financial analysis.
- Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
