Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will ensure our community remains functional by performing routine repairs, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Work Orders: Fix daily tenant repair requests (plumbing leaks, clogged drains, appliance issues, and electrical switches) quickly and professionally.
- Unit Turns: Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by painting, repairing drywall, and changing fixtures.
- Emergency On-Call: Participate in an after-hours on-call emergency rotation for urgent property issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in residential or apartment property maintenance.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
- HVAC troubleshooting experience or certification is a strong plus.
- Friendly attitude and great communication skills when helping residents.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
