What You’ll Do (Frame Stylist & Apprentice Duties)
As a Frame Stylist, you are the face of our optical dispensary. You'll work directly with patients to curate optical solutions tailored to their lifestyle and personal style.
- Style & Consult: Guide patients in selecting frames and lens options based on facial structure, color preference, lifestyle needs, and prescription requirements.
- Fit & Customization: Take precise fitting measurements (PDs and segment heights) and perform standard bench alignments, frame adjustments, and custom fittings.
- Order Management & Operations: Enter patient orders into our practice management system (Eyefinity), assist with inventory management, pricing, and checking in lab jobs.
- Patient Care & Repairs: Perform light bench repairs (screw replacements, adjustments, nosepad changes), deliver completed eyewear, and resolve basic patient non-adapts with supervisor support.
- Front Office Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, taking payments, and answering phone/text inquiries via Weave.
