Need an experienced property manager for a community in Frederick, MD.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
Manger will be responsible for overseeing apartments turns, rent collection, court filing, scheduling contractors, ordering supplies, & apartment leasing.
Need to be very organized and able to manage others. Must be a good people person. Must be able to multi task and have good computer skills, knowledge of Yardi is a bonus.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Position includes partial medical coverage, 401K, dental, vision, disabilty ins.
