Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Manager at our Office Park location in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama Area. The Spa Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the Aesthetic and Laser Center, including staff management, scheduling, customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities include fostering a positive client experience, managing inventory, ensuring adherence to compliance and safety standards, training staff, and driving business growth through marketing and client retention strategies. The Spa Manager will also collaborate with clinicians and team members to maintain a seamless and high-quality service experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in spa or medical spa management, including staff scheduling and operations oversight
- Strong skills in customer service, client relationship management, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in business development, marketing, and client retention strategies
- Ability to manage inventory, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and oversee administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using scheduling and business management software
- Background in the aesthetics or healthcare industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
