Nursing Supervisor
As a Nursing Supervisor at Village Crest Center for Health Rehabilitation, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
- Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
The ideal candidate will have a valid state nursing license, advanced degree or certification preferred, experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred, and excellent clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Salary : $83,000 - $150,000
