Village Concepts of Chehalis, Woodland Village is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our team who has technical skills, leadership ability, and an understanding of the unique needs of an senior living community.
- Schedule: Day shift, Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm

Essential Duties:
- Complete routine maintenance and preventive care for all facility equipment, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural aspects.
- Supervise maintenance staff and outside service providers, ensuring work is completed.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and adhere to regulations regarding facility maintenance and safety.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are conducted with minimal impact on the residents and respects their privacy and dignity.
- Maintain emergency preparedness plans, including regular drills and training for staff.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a DSHS background check
- Must be 18 and authorized to work in the US
- Experience in maintenance management, in an assisted living, healthcare, or hospitality setting, preferred
- Solid understanding of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and grounds maintenance.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards of senior living or healthcare facilities, preferred
- A clean valid Washington State Driver's License
