Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage food handling responsibilities, including food safety practices and food preparation standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
• Previous experience in food service or café environments is a plus; however, training will be provided for the right candidate. job required weekend and middle off the week

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
