Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Specialized In-Home Care
Location: Spencer, IA
Position Type: Part-Time / In-Home Care
Shift Details:
Weekday Evenings: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2 hours per evening)
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, every other Saturday & Sunday
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized, one-on-one in-home care for a specific client. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, direct patient care with a predictable part-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene).
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
Provide companion care and respectful, attentive support during visits.
Document client condition and report any changes to the care management team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certification: Active CNA state license/certification in good standing.
Experience: Previous experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred.
Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screen.
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and highly dependable.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.

Pay Rate:$24-$26/hr
