File Compliance Auditor

Village Caregiving is seeking a detail-oriented File Compliance Auditor to manage and review client and caregiver records. 

You will play a critical role in the quality and integrity of our operations. You'll work closely with our auditing team to keep caregiver and client files airtight by tracking certifications, reviewing documentation, and ensuring every branch stays audit-ready. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves organization, has a sharp eye for detail, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a home care support environment.

Job Summary:

You will ensure our files are 100% compliant with state regulations, healthcare mandates, and company policies, keeping our branches audit-ready at all times. 

Caregiver File Compliance

• Credential Tracking: Audit and track employee certifications and licenses to ensure they remain active and current.

• Background & Health Screening: Verify that all required background checks, medical screenings, and registry checks are completed and cleared.

• HR Onboarding Checks: Ensure all standard hiring paperwork, identification forms, and signed company policy acknowledgments are present and accurate.

Client File Compliance

• Documentation Audits: Review client files to ensure all standard paperwork is updated regularly according to company timelines.

Tracking & Reporting

• Deficiency Logging: Maintain tracking logs to identify missing, incomplete, or expiring documents

• Branch Collaboration: Work with auditing team to communicate findings and resolve file deficiencies quickly.

Minimum requirements: 

Bachelor's or Nursing Degree, detail oriented, computer skills (spreadsheets, navigating ADP, CRM, etc)
