Description of the role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN-PRN to join Village Caregiving: Eau Claire for our Tomah/LaCrosse are needs. This position offers flexible hours at a compensation of $60 per hour.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs in person and develop care plans for care staff to follow
- Maintain patient assessments in online charting database
- Communicate with Eau Claire office remotely for updates and guidance
- Job has a case management aspect
- Travel up to one hour to assess patients in their homes
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
