This role involves effectively and efficiently cleaning, disinfecting and maintaining all resident apartments, public areas, and restrooms to provide a clean and safe environment for our residents.Some daily activities will include:Cleaning assigned apartments, public areas, and restrooms in accordance with policies and procedures. Sanitizing resident areas including kitchenettes, bathrooms, floors, walls, and windows.Perform vacuuming, carpet cleaning, dusting and mopping of all surfaces. Light maintenance needs such as replacing light bulbs, checking water temperatures, removing extension cords, etc..We would like to speak to those who have a High School Diploma (required) and 6 months of job-related experience.
