Key Responsibilities
- Review fully approved loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and investor requirements.
- Prepare and generate accurate closing disclosures, settlement statements, and loan documents.
- Verify fees, payoffs, and wire instructions to ensure accuracy prior to closing.
- Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents, loan officers, and internal departments to facilitate timely closings.
- Review and clear closing conditions in Encompass before release of funds.
- Manage closing timelines to meet funding deadlines and customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, agency, and investor regulations.
- Identify and resolve any closing discrepancies quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the closing process.
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years of mortgage closing experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of closing disclosures, settlement statements, and title documentation.
- Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan products.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency with Encompass or similar LOS platforms.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
