Village Behavioral Health (VBH) is seeking a detail-focused Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to support payroll, onboarding, HR compliance, and training coordination. What You’ll Do
- Process accurate biweekly payroll
- Review timesheets, mileage, PTO, and resolve discrepancies
- Support onboarding: background checks, I-9s, credential verification
- Maintain employee profiles and PECs in BambooHR
- Coordinate new hire orientation & Relias training assignments
- Maintain HR charts, trackers, and monthly audits
- Track certifications, credentials, and required HR deadlines
- Assist employees with HR questions professionally
- Support internal audits (DMAS, DBHDS, MCOs)
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2–3 years HR experience (Generalist, Coordinator, or Assistant)
- Hands-on payroll experience required
- Strong organizational and compliance tracking skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid role
- Experience with BambooHR, ADP, Paycom, or similar systems
- Excellent communication and follow-through
Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services is a plus.
