- Maintain working knowledge of external market data to support competitive pay ranges; participate in salary surveys and support FLSA classification reviews
- Administer benefits programs including enrollment, qualifying events, open enrollment coordination, COBRA, and ongoing employee communications; partner with the CXO, CFO, and benefits broker to ensure competitive, high-value offerings
- Manage employee leaves of absence (FMLA, MN Paid Leave) and Workers' Compensation processes in coordination with the PEO
- Assist the Payroll Specialist as needed; provide post-payroll reporting to the Controller for 401(k), HSA, and other benefit deductions
- Develop and maintain strong employee relations practices; coach managers through corrective action, conduct investigations, and administer the Bank's performance management program including the annual review process and development planning
- Partner with the CXO and Bank leaders to support training needs, career pathing, and succession planning; provide organization-wide training on HR-related topics
- Manage the full separation process: exit interviews, separation letters, system notifications, and unemployment response
