Used Car / Pre-Owned Sales Manager (experience required)

Audi Norwell is looking for a Used Car / Pre-Owned Sales Manager to manage our pre-owned inventory and sales team.

Pay: $100,000-$150,000

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to meet and exceed monthly volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Inventory & Acquisition: Manage pre-owned inventory turn, purchasing vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, street purchases, and lease returns.

• Appraisals & Pricing: Perform professional vehicle appraisals and set market-competitive retail pricing using inventory management software.

• Deal Structuring & Closing: Desk deals alongside sales advisors, structure financing options, evaluate trade-ins, and step in to assist with high-value clients.

• Reconditioning Oversight: Partner with the service department to manage vehicle reconditioning pipelines, ensuring fast time-to-market for incoming stock.

• CPO Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Certified Pre-Owned standards, inspection protocols, and manufacturer certification reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of automotive sales management experience, with a strong background in pre-owned and CPO operations.

• Demonstrated expertise with modern dealership software (vAuto, VinSolutions, CDK, Reynolds, or equivalent CRM/DMS platforms).

• Track record of recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing sales teams.

• Deep understanding of dealership P&L, used vehicle metrics (market day supply, ROI, cost-to-market), and desk management.

• Must be available to work Saturdays.

• Valid driver’s license.
