Automotive Marketing Manager

Village Motors Colorado - Ashton Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren, Koenigsegg & Czinger is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their award-winning team.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $70,000-$100,000

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Brand: Develop annual marketing plans and budgets that align with sales goals while protecting and elevating the dealership’s luxury brand image.

• Digital & Social Media: Oversee website SEO / SEM, manage premium social channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and create high-end content featuring inventory and customer deliveries.

• Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads for new and pre-owned exotic vehicles, collaborating with sales to optimize campaign conversions and manage online reputation.

• Experiential Events: Plan and execute VIP client experiences, vehicle launches, track days, rallies, and luxury brand partnerships.

• PR & Partnerships: Manage media relations, coordinate influencer collaborations, and maintain strong ties with manufacturers and local luxury businesses.

• Analytics: Track and report monthly KPIs (web traffic, lead volume, event ROI) to continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years in marketing, ideally within luxury automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer brands

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM systems, analytics tools, and luxury social media management

• Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills

• Event planning, photography / videography, or automotive CRM experience

• A genuine passion for high-performance, exotic automobiles
