Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently throughout each shift
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep or assembling simple dishes when needed
- Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and support food service operations
