Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering beverage recommendations
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations
- Assist in bar management tasks including inventory control, restocking supplies, and organizing bar area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events such as banquets or catering functions
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in a fast-paced hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or resort experience
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beverage development, wine varieties, craft beer, and food safety protocols
- Skilled in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a lively yet professional atmosphere
- Experience with food handling, catering services, banquet operations, and retail math is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
- Knowledge of brewing processes and beverage trends to enhance guest experience
