POSITION SUMMARY:
Kid’s Club Associates care for children ages 3 months to 12 years while their parents use the facility.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:
• Up to $11 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role, plus ability to earn commissions.
• 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.
• Complimentary Club membership.
• Discounts on Club goods and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPR certification for adults/children/infants/AED required within 30 days of hire date and must remain current throughout employment. Training is provided in-house.
- College degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, camp, recreational, or educational setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with children effectively.
- Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to prioritize safety and follow guidelines for child supervision and emergency procedures.
- Frequently required to climb, walk, bend or balance and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must occasionally sit for extended periods and regularly walk around the facility.
- Must frequently move 10 pounds and in the event of an emergency lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
