We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities according to established standards
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust or debris
- Handle special cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or industrial cleaning when required
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe work environment
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience or hospitality background is a plus
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
