About the Role:
The Golf Course ProShop position is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience to golfers and visitors by managing all retail operations within the pro shop. This role involves overseeing inventory, merchandising golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, and providing expert advice to customers to enhance their golfing experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized environment, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting golf course events and promotions. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with golf course management and staff to coordinate tee times, rentals, and other services. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a golf or sporting goods environment.
- Basic knowledge of golf equipment and terminology.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a golf course pro shop or similar setting.
- Familiarity with golf course management software and tee time scheduling systems.

Responsibilities:
