This job post is for someone looking for part-time hrs working Friday, Saturday's and partial day on Monday's, possibly.

You will be in charge of maintenance and managing a growing facility for us and it will be exciting, to say the least. You will be given a nice place to conduct your work and will be treated fairly.
We at Villa Rica Lock Storage know that our property managers are vital to our success. It does help if you have a background in customer service and office management. You need to be computer literate, able to send emails and attach documents and quick to learn our computer software (Sitelink/Penske dealer affiliate network). It's important that you can perform administrative tasks, that you are capable and able to learn state laws and auction procedures and policies. It's important that the applicant can perform property maintenance, keeping the grounds and facility clean and the office well organized and tidy.
Also, able to implement marketing strategies and very willing to make collections calls.
