Shift Supervisor at Starbucks (JFK Airport)

Villa Restaurant Group is hiring Shift Supervisors for our brand-new Starbucks location at JFK Airport Terminal 6, scheduled to open this summer. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new store opening and play a key role in building a strong, high-performing team from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support daily shift operations in a high-volume environment

• Coach, motivate, and support baristas to deliver excellent service

• Ensure Starbucks standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met

• Manage deployment, breaks, and workflow during shifts

• Support inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures

• Step in as needed to support all areas of the store

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous supervisory experience in a coffee shop, quick service, or restaurant environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Customer-focused with a hands-on approach

• Flexible availability (including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)

• Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance (background check required)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $22.00 per hour

• Plus HTA supplemental pay of $5.55 per hour (if eligible)
