What You'll Do:
- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support team members to ensure high-quality service
- Train and develop employees to meet company standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach and positive attitude
What You'll Need:
- 1 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (quick service preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Mid shift/Night shift)
- ServSafe certification is a plus but not required
- Must be able to pass airport background check
