40North Restaurants is hiring Cooks for our new restaurant opening this fall. We’re looking for dependable team members who take pride in preparing great food and keeping a clean, organized kitchen.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

• Set up, stock, and maintain your station.

• Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to complete orders accurately and on time.

• Communicate allergy requests, supply needs, and equipment concerns.

• Help minimize waste and maintain consistent portions.

• Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred.

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.

• Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently during busy service.

• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
