CO-MANAGER – TOBU Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Villa Restaurant Group (VRG) is a multi-brand, multi-concept restaurant company operating both quick service and full-service concepts nationwide. We are currently hiring a Co-Manager for our 4 Rivers Smokehouse location at Orlando International Airport (MCO) pre-security.
Position Summary
The Co-Manager supports the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations, team development, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume airport environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily operations to ensure service and quality standards are met

Support hiring, training, and development of team members

Help manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies

Lead by example with a strong work ethic and guest-first mindset
Qualifications

2 years of restaurant leadership experience

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to pass an airport background check
