• Orchestrates the leasing and strategic marketing of vacant and upcoming apartments.
• Meticulously navigates through all leasing documentation and paperwork.
• Curates and shepherds applications towards approval.
• Guides new residents through the lease agreement and associated addenda with clarity and precision.
• Embarks on detailed apartment inspections, promptly reporting enhancement opportunities.
• Nurtures harmonious resident relationships, ensuring satisfaction and contentment.
• Transforms data into insights by inputting fees, deposits, and new lease details.
• Extends a warm welcome to prospective lessees by showcasing apartments with charm and expertise.
• Facilitates smooth transitions with the handling and processing of Notice to Vacate forms.

Essential Qualifications:

Essential Property Management Expertise: Invaluable experience in the realm of property management is an absolute must.

Dynamic Sales and Customer Service Proficiency: A minimum of one year showcasing prowess in sales and/or customer service, reflecting your dedication to fostering lasting relationships.

Tech Savviness: Possessing a strong grasp of modern technology and its applications is essential.
