Full-time employees will be eligible for a variety of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.We are looking for full-time Maintenance Assistant.Responsibilities: Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area.Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in setting maintenance standards.Assist in developing procedures for performing daily maintenance tasks.Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing maintenance assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.Perform administrative requirements (i.e., completing necessary forms, reports, etc.) and submit to the Maintenance Supervisor as necessary. Submit accidents/incident reports to the Maintenance Supervisor on the shift in which they occur.Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor.Qualifications: 2 years plus hands on maintenance experience in a healthcare setting.Good telephone skills.Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Ability to adequately perform physical requirements of positions.
