What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations, Architecture and Design Intern position at VILLA DUCHESNE?
Villa Duchesne is seeking a part-time (15-20 hours per week) Architecture and Design Intern for summer 2026. This position is open to a Villa Duchesne alumna who is currently an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree.
The ideal candidate will:
- Assist with design elements of part of Villa's Campus Master Plan
- Aid in construction management of part of Villa's Campus Master Plan
- Provide photographic documentation of construction progress and help to celebrate construction progress and gain interest with the wider Villa community via social media, email, and print materials.
- Collaborate on the procurement and selection of furniture
- Produce requests for proposals and/or requests for quotes as they pertain to project management
