Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers. This role is essential in maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and possess a strong work ethic and familiar with using farm equipment and pto attachments.
Duties
- Perform heavy lifting tasks at different times, not often.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various jobs.
- Assist with garden maintenance, including weeding, watering of various trees and shrubs.
- Conduct basic repairs on equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow safety protocols while operating heavy equipment and handling tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Skills
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to maintaining property.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities of materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Experience with farm equipment and pto attachments
- Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary.
- Able to use zero turn.
