Villa Cesare, a full-service banquet hall in Schererville, is looking for a motivated and sales-
driven professional to join our team in a full-time role supporting event sales and daily operations.
This position is ideal for someone who understands hospitality, thrives on closing business,
and can also execute events at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all event inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
- Conduct site tours and actively sell weddings, corporate events, and private parties
- Follow up on leads and convert them into booked business
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from booking through execution
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless event flow
- Be on-site during events to oversee execution and guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales ability — confident, persistent, and able to close
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality or event experience preferred

Compensation
$18/hour commission on events booked
