Event Sales Coordinator

Villa Cesare, a full-service banquet hall in Schererville, is looking for a motivated and sales-

driven professional to join our team in a full-time role supporting event sales and daily operations.

This position is ideal for someone who understands hospitality, thrives on closing business,

and can also execute events at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all event inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
• Conduct site tours and actively sell weddings, corporate events, and private parties
• Follow up on leads and convert them into booked business
• Assist in planning and coordinating events from booking through execution
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless event flow
• Be on-site during events to oversee execution and guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales ability — confident, persistent, and able to close
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality or event experience preferred

Requirements

• Full-time position
• Must be available to work weekends
• Ability to be on-site for events and flexible with schedule

Compensation

$18/hour commission on events booked
