What You’ll Do
- First point of contact: Answer calls, respond to online inquiries, and welcome walk-ins with professionalism and empathy.
- Qualify & close: Actively listen, determine if potential clients meet criteria, and walk them through the sign-up process (DocuSign or in-person).
- Lead follow-up: Drive a chase cycle with potential clients until connection is made—follow up consistently until they’ve signed.
- CRM data entry: Accurately document every detail in our CRM for a seamless handoff to the legal team.
- Referral coordination: Provide warm handoffs to referral partners when appropriate, protecting relationships and client trust.
- Adapt and decide: Follow our proven sales playbook while using intuition to adjust communication to each client’s needs.

What You Bring
- Sales experience is non-negotiable. You must know how to close and have proof you’ve done it before.
- Empathy active listening—you’ll be guiding people who are scared, hurt, or uncertain.
- Strong technology skills (CRM, DocuSign, Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
- Persistence and resilience. You can chase leads through follow-up cycles without losing steam.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. A significant portion of our community needs to be heard in their own language.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
- Legal/personal injury background a plus, but not required. Sales instincts matter more.
