VIKTech is seeking a bookkeeper responsible for performing routine accounting and administrative functions, including processing invoices, recording receipts, and supporting basic financial reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and vendors and ensure required documentation is complete

Maintain vendor files and contact information

Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper approval, coding, and documentation

Prepare weekly payment schedules and issue checks

Issue customer invoices

Compile routine accounting and financial reports as needed
Qualifications:

Prior experience in an accounting or clerical role preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office
