We’re hiring: Customer Service Specialist / Bilingual Chinese-English Support
StackTech is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist who can communicate in Chinese and has strong English listening and speaking skills.
The candidate should preferably be based in the Central US or Canada time zone. You will be the main contact person for customers, responsible for providing timely support to global clients, especially North American customers. The role includes assisting with product configuration, helping resolve technical issues, and ensuring customers can use WellyTalk online customer service software smoothly.
Work setup:
• Fully remote
• 5 working days per week
• Core working hours: 13:30–21:30 US Eastern Time
• Competitive salary package
Main responsibilities:
• Provide customer support mainly through online chat, with voice calls or demo sessions when needed
• Guide customers on product usage, account creation, and configuration
• Record, report, and follow up on customer feedback, bugs, or technical issues
• Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure issues are handled in a timely manner
• Collect customer feedback and feature requests, and communicate them to internal teams
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of SaaS software products
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
• Experience with customer support software, ticketing systems, or CRM tools such as LiveChat, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms is preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role is preferred
• SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus
• Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment during working hours
Language requirements:
• Chinese: able to communicate at a basic working level
• English: strong reading, listening, and speaking skills for documentation, written support, and voice communication with US clients
