Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether working in a lively restaurant or vibrant Sport bar environment, you’ll be a key player in delivering outstanding guest experiences that keep guests coming back. The $15-$25 pay range is with tips included.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed.
• Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns swiftly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Uphold sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper food handling and cleanliness practices.
• Engage in basic math calculations for bills and tips to ensure accuracy.
• Provide excellent guest services in various settings including fine dining venues or lively nightclubs, adapting to different atmospheres seamlessly.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience in fine dining or nightlife environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cashiering.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy.
• Experience in serving in a sports bar or high-energy hospitality setting is advantageous.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
