Your Next Mission
Step into the action as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Rice Lake, WI—an onsite role that keeps our distribution office sharp, responsive, and customer-ready. You’ll help ensure information flows fast and accurately so the team can deliver excellence every day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer/employee questions via phone (multi-line), mail, fax, and in person
- Use computers, copiers, and office equipment to support daily operations
- Enter data for inventory control and invoicing
- Process accounts payable/receivable paperwork and support office filing/supplies
Required skills/qualifications:
- Basic math and 10-key proficiency
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
