Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Process Technicians to join our dynamic team on all shifts. We are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Assure IATF16949 compliance through procedure adherence and paperwork flow.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop process improvements.
- Document process parameters, changes, and results in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Attend training as required.
- Assist in covering manufacturing floor on scheduled weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Process Technician or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment effectively.
- Knowledge of process control systems and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
- RJG experience preferred.
