Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and hardworking high school and college students to join our warehouse operations team for the summer. This role is designed to provide students with real-world experience in a professional, team-oriented, and safety-conscious manufacturing environment. Students will gain hands-on experience supporting warehouse and production operations through facility organization, crate building, cleanup activities, and general operational support while learning valuable workplace and trade skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

KLA #1 – Professional Communication

• Learn how to communicate effectively in a workplace setting
• Practice professional conduct with supervisors and coworkers
• Follow email etiquette and standard reporting procedures
• Participate in team tasks and safety briefings

KLA #2 – Time Management & Responsibility

• Prioritize daily tasks such as crate building, warehouse cleanup, and production floor cleanup
• Assist with cleanup and organization following project or production work
• Arrive on time and follow assigned schedules
• Take ownership of individual responsibilities and assigned work areas
• Follow safety protocols and facility rules consistently

KLA #3 – Problem Solving & Initiative

• Prioritize daily tasks such as crate building, warehouse cleanup, and production floor cleanup
• Assist with cleanup and organization following project or production work
• Arrive on time and follow assigned schedules
• Take ownership of individual responsibilities and assigned work areas

• Gain exposure to various warehouse and production support functions including:
• Building and preparing shipping crates
• Warehouse organization and material handling
• Production floor cleanup after project work
• Facility housekeeping
• Safety procedures and operational best practices
• Learn about workplace safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency
• Shadow warehouse and production staff and learn about career opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, operations, and skilled trades

Qualifications:

• Must be a current high school or college student
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills are a plus but not required
• Able to lift light to moderate items and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Willing to follow instructions, ask questions, and work safely in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
